Claims Procedure for Copyright Infringement:
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and that it is accessible on this Web site, you may notify our Copyright Agent in accordance with the provisions contained in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"). A notice of claimed infringement must be in writing and provided to ULAMPS' Designated Agent in order to be effective under the DMCA, and consists of, among other things, the following:- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is claimed to have been infringed.

- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
